This training programme is a combination of 6 unit standards and is designed to ensure that candidates have a broad understanding of managing projects to be successful by meeting the set objectives.
Project Management L6
This will enable the candidate to examine the theoretical and analytical frameworks of project management in a public sector or any environment. This will equip the candidate to undertake a real project using an action learning framework.
Policy Development and Management
This programme provides the candidate with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values to formulate and evaluate public sector policies and regulations within the context of South African Legislation.
